a jawbone firmer, more pronounced.
we become monsters to each other
capable of impossible hurt. a collision.
in an instant we are old. we are dust.
we are birds.

Chelsea Wills born 1984. She is an artist and writer based in Northern California. Her writing and art can be found across the internet, most recently at Red Noise Collective, Her art has been shown at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Jose Museum of Art, Kala Art Institute, and more.
